Shipping policy

1. Made-to-Order & Production Time

All Nxt Peak products are made to order, crafted just for you after the order is confirmed. Production typically takes 1–3 business days, during which your order is picked, processed, and packed.

2. Shipping Regions & Estimated Delivery Times

We leverage fulfilment hubs across Europe to get orders to you faster. Here’s what you can expect:

  • Scandinavia: Delivery within 6–10 business days, including production, shipping, and customs.

  • Rest of the EU: Around 10–20 business days, factoring in production, shipping, and customs handling.

  • International (outside EU): Delivery times may also fall within the 10–20 business days range, depending on customs and logistics.

Please note: These are estimates—final delivery times also depend on exact location, carrier schedules, customs delays, and current order volumes.

3. Shipping Carriers & Tracking

Once your order is fulfilled, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, so you can monitor its progress.

4. Shipping Delays & Risk Transfer

Although we strive to meet estimated delivery windows, delays may still occur due to:

  • Carrier issues

  • Customs processing

  • Global events or external disruptions

Once the carrier takes possession of your package, title and risk of loss pass to you.

5. Customs & Import Duties

International orders may be subject to additional customs duties, taxes, or import fees upon arrival. These are not included in your purchase price and are the responsibility of the recipient.

6. Address Accuracy

Please ensure your shipping address is complete and correct at checkout. We cannot be held responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. Returned packages due to such issues may incur additional shipping costs.

7. Delivery Issues

If your tracking indicates delivery but you haven’t received your order, please:

  1. Check with neighbors or your local post office.
