Refund policy

At Nxt Peak, a brand owned by Explorise AB, all products are made to order. Because of this, we unfortunately do not offer returns or exchanges on correctly delivered items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a product that is:

  • Defective

  • Damaged during delivery

  • Incorrect

please contact us immediately. We’ll take care of it and provide a suitable solution—whether that’s a replacement, refund, or another form of compensation.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued in special cases where an item has been delivered in a defective or incorrect condition.
Once your case has been reviewed and approved, refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days using the same payment method you used at checkout.
